Ulee. Meanwhile, Agent Tell goes to Clearwater National Forest to investigate the mysterious crash of Flight 191.
The agents of Operation Malta continue their investigation into the mysterious deaths, a string of seemingly unrelated events unfolds throughout Seattle. Meanwhile, Flight 191 CDC Secure carrying the unknown biological substance found at the crime scene goes down over the Clearwater National Forest. As the agents search for the killer, a string pet disappearances lead Sgt. Hudson and Agent Baker to a deadly confrontation.

On the morning of October 1, 2014 the bodies of Dr. Tibalt Grieves and Amanda Griffin were discovered at their residence in Mill Creek, Washington. The bodies of both Grieves and Griffin were found with wounds to the face and a congealed blue substance surrounding the mouth. The discovery of a hidden bio-hazard lab within the residence with several hundred thousands of dollars worth of equipment prompts officers to cordoned of the house and contact the CDC and FBI. A brief examination of the site by CDC infectious analyst and Delta Green friendly Dr. Roberta Kane prompts her to contact Delta Green and Operation Malta is activated.
